Managed automation

A team builds the workflows your business needs, keeps them running and improves them as the work changes.

An illustration of upkeep: we keep agreed systems working while available capacity moves the next agreed improvement forward.

Think of managed IT: someone takes responsibility for the systems you rely on and fixes problems when they arise. At WorkHacker, this is how our monthly programs work. Search data sets the priorities; your expertise supplies the substance.

One monthly agreement covers the work and upkeep in your chosen program.

Choose the program around your work.

The work continues after launch.

A publishing workflow can stop when an account connection expires. A useful page can fall behind when your offer changes. Someone needs to notice, fix the problem and decide what comes next.

We keep the agreed systems working while the team’s available capacity goes toward the next priority. Your plan sets the limits, including how much new work fits.

A month with WorkHacker.

  1. Agree the priority.

Together, choose the buyer question and the work that fits this month’s capacity.

  2. Prepare the work.

We research, draft and check it against your source material; agreed systems stay in our care.

  3. Bring your judgment.

Your named reviewer confirms facts and permission, and publishing waits for that approval. Each call you make becomes a rule or a fix, so the next batch needs less of your time.

  4. Review what changed.

We show what shipped, what needs attention and the evidence for the next priority.

Your program sets the deliverables, maintained systems and capacity.

When you do not need a monthly team.

A one-off audit, article or website change may be enough. A simple workflow can stay with your own team if someone has the time and skill to maintain it. If the work has no continuing need, choose a focused project. We can also make a plan your team carries out.

Questions before you choose.

Is managed automation a monthly retainer?

Yes. Our monthly programs are managed automation: strategy, agreed production and upkeep with one team responsible.

Does every workflow use AI?

No. Some tasks need fixed rules; others benefit from AI. We choose the approach around the work and keep people responsible for consequential decisions.

Can you work with systems we already use?

Usually, yes. We review them during planning, and their access, reliability and upkeep decide what we include.

What happens when something breaks?

We find the fault and fix it within your program's scope. Your proposal says how quickly we respond and what counts as separate work.

What do we keep if we stop?

You keep the paid-for assets, editable files and transferable workflows named in your proposal. Existing WorkHacker tools and third-party licenses have their own terms.
