01How we work

Each piece builds on the last.

We work at a steady pace. Research, writing and systems carry forward, so each month starts from what the last one learned.

We start with what is already there: the questions your buyers ask, the expertise in your head, the systems you run. We choose the questions before we write a page, and agree the brief before the first recording. Where something is hard, we slow down.

What we do

  1. Search data sets the plan.

We start with the questions your buyers already search for. Every page, episode and post answers one of them, so it reaches people who are already looking.

  2. We build the system that makes the work.

Research, writing, audio and publishing run through one system we set up for you. For a podcast, one recording of your expertise becomes a season of episodes, articles and posts.

    Podcast production
  3. We run it and improve it every month.

Like managed IT for your publishing: we keep the system running, check what changed each month, and agree the next improvement with you.

    How managed automation works
  4. You approve what carries your name.

Automation handles the repetition. A person reviews every piece, and nothing goes out under your name until you approve it.

    Our approach
02Working together

Your part is small. On purpose.

We take on the work that wears teams down. You keep the decisions.

Your part

  • Share what you know.
  • Approve what carries your name.

Our part

  • Find what your buyers already search for.
  • Plan the work and agree it with you.
  • Build, write, produce and publish it.
  • Keep it running, and improve it in place.
  • Check what changed, then choose the next step with you.

Your proposal names who leads your work, any specialists, and how often you hear from us. Founder involvement depends on the plan.

04Before we work together

Questions people ask first.

Who will do the work?

Rob and Lam lead search, production and systems. Your proposal names everyone on your work, including any specialist partners, before you sign.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with a Free Search Check, an audit or one standalone project. You can talk to us about a monthly program without buying anything first.

Working together

Start with one question.

Bring the question your buyers ask most, or the work that keeps piling up. We'll suggest a sensible first step.
