Where to start

Start with the problem you need to solve.

You can engage us for a defined piece of work or a continuing search program. A standalone audit is useful when the priorities are unclear; it isn’t a prerequisite.

Get clarity

“What should we fix first?”

A paid audit gives you findings, priorities and a roadmap your team can act on. Implementation is scoped separately.

How the work connects

One strategy.
Connected work.

These services can work together in one program. The research informs the content, the technical work supports discovery, and reporting tells us what to adjust.

  1. Understand

Research your customers, competitors and current search performance to choose the right priorities.

  2. Build

Improve the technical foundations, content and internal links that help people find and understand your business.

  3. Connect

Keep your website, business profiles and supporting media consistent across traditional and AI search.

  4. Improve

Review visibility, qualified traffic and enquiries, then use what changed to guide the next round of work.

Common questions

Before we begin.

What do your SEO services include?

The scope can include search and competitor research, technical SEO, on-page content, internal linking, local business profiles, AI search visibility and reporting. We select the work around your goals and existing site. Each service page explains its scope; an engagement does not automatically include every service.

Can you work with our existing agency or in-house team?

Yes. We can own a defined part of the work or help coordinate the wider search program. We agree who handles implementation, factual review, publishing and approvals before work begins, so your team knows where we fit.

How does AI search fit with traditional SEO?

They share much of the same foundation: accessible pages, clear structure, useful content and consistent information about your business. Our AI search work adds attention to how systems interpret that information and how your business appears in generated answers. We track those observations alongside organic search performance.

How do you measure whether the work is helping?

We agree measures around your goals and establish a baseline. Depending on the scope, reporting may cover relevant search visibility, qualified organic traffic, enquiries, Google Business Profile activity and observed AI mentions or citations. We connect those signals to the work completed and the priorities for what comes next.

How long does SEO take?

Timing depends on the site's starting point, competition, scope and how quickly changes can be implemented. A technical fix can be checked after release; changes in search visibility and enquiries need observation over time. We agree milestones for the work and review progress against the baseline, without promising a ranking or a fixed date for results.
