We credit your paid planning fees once toward setup when you sign within 30 calendar days of delivery, up to the contracted setup fee in total. The credit is not refundable and cannot be used against monthly fees or paid out as cash.
The audit credit applies to any program. An Enterprise discovery credit moved to a smaller program covers only that program's setup; we confirm this in writing before you buy.
A reusable audit upgraded to discovery costs only the remaining discovery balance. Unrelated-track purchases do not automatically stack. Large audits, migrations and brand sprints do not automatically earn entry credits.
Net-30 discovery credit is pending until its invoice is settled. Signing in the window reserves eligibility; apply settled credit to the next unpaid setup installment, with agreed documented sequencing. No advance credit for an unpaid invoice or cash refund.
Choose an executive plan for one person's podcast, opinions and personal publishing. Choose a company plan for a brand's search, content and managed workflows. An employer can pay for an executive program, but that does not add company-wide SEO or automation to it.
No. Technical SEO covers investigation, agreed changes, specifications and implementation checks. Migration support is scoped separately, and your engineering team owns production deployment unless we agree otherwise.
Yes. We coordinate review owners, documented approvals and procurement evidence within an agreed scope. Legal or clinical sign-off stays with your authorized specialists.
Yes. Standard episodes use synthetic narration. Personal voice clones require consent, and we disclose synthetic narration in the audio and accompanying text. You approve the content before publication. We use your supplied views and approved sources; we do not invent experiences or opinions for you. Recorded video editing is separately priced.
Yes. A one-time project creates no retainer. Tell us the scope and we confirm the price and details before you commit.
Yes. We can swap in comparable work at the same fee. A larger scope, extra production or a specialist project is priced and agreed before it is added.
