Search-led podcast production for business

Be chosen
for what you know.

Turn the questions your buyers ask into a show worth hearing. We can plan it, research it, write it and produce it, all around what you know. You approve every episode.

Free: three to five ideas, sent by a person.

What it gets you

Made to be found, not just heard.

Most business podcasts start with a topic the host enjoys. A search-led show starts with the questions your buyers already type and ask, and answers one of them in each episode. That one choice changes what a show can do for you.

Own an answer.

Each episode answers one question in full, in audio and in a written companion on your site. The written page is what search engines index and AI assistants can cite, so the people asking can find your answer.

Cover the whole subject.

A season works through related questions in order, and each episode links to its neighbours. Together they cover a subject from several sides, which is the depth search engines and AI assistants look for when they judge who knows it.

Be easy to check out.

Buyers have more choices than ever, and they look people up before they call. An episode lets them hear how you think about their problem before the first meeting, and the companion lets them check your sources. Listening is ordinary now: in Edison Research's Infinite Dial 2026, 58% of Americans aged 12 and older had listened to or watched a podcast in the past month.

Earn links.

Directory listings point to your site, and a guest spot usually brings a link in the host's show notes. A well-sourced answer is also the page other writers cite when they cover the same question.

Get invited onto other shows.

Hosts book guests they can hear first. A run of clear answers on one subject shows a host what you would bring to their listeners, and every guest spot sends a new audience back to your show.

Help close the sale.

Your team explains the same hard choices every week. Make that explanation once, well, and a salesperson can send it to everyone in the decision: the person who listens on a walk and the colleague who would rather read.

Who does what, you or the AI?

Our show, Business Podcasting, splits the work like this. Yours splits the same way.

Transcript

For this show, I set the direction. That means who the show is for and the questions we take on. It also means the format of each episode, what the show stands for and the rules every episode follows. AI gathers the research. It keeps a copy of every page it cites. So any claim can be checked against its page. Then a model drafts the script to my direction. A separate model checks every claim in the script against the page it came from. Then I listen to every episode from start to finish, with the script beside me. I approve each one or send it back with notes.

How it works

Podcast production services for the show you want to make.

Some clients arrive with a show and a recording habit. Others arrive with expertise and no time to think about format. Hand us all four stages, or only the ones you need.

  1. 01 Plan the show.

We settle who it is for, what it promises, the title and the first season of questions. If you would rather not think about the show idea, we bring one. Our library shows the kind we bring, sorted by industry.

  2. 02 Research and write.

We find the questions your buyers search for and ask, save every source, and write each script from your experience and your views. You read it before it is voiced or recorded.

  3. 03 Produce and approve.

We voice or edit the episode, master it and check every claim against its saved source. You approve it before it goes out.

  4. 04 Publish and keep going.

We publish to the places we agreed, check the live episode, then choose the next questions with you each month. From there the show runs as managed automation: named people answer for the work and agents do the volume.

Three ways to voice it

AI narrated, in your own voice.
A consented synthetic version of your own voice narrates each episode, so the show never waits for studio time. A person reviews every script and listens to every episode. Our own show is made this way.
Your own recording.
You read the script we write, and we edit, master and publish it. We agree the recording setup with you first.
Interview-led.
The show is built around conversations, with you as host or as the guest expert. We plan the questions and edit the conversation into an episode. Guest booking and filming are quoted separately.

Already have a show, or just need an edit? We can take over an existing show or edit a recording you supply, without a monthly program. Discuss your show

Before you decide.

How much of our time will this take?

More at first, while we learn the subject, capture your expertise and agree the format and voice permissions. Later episodes build on that context. You still provide new knowledge, answer factual questions and approve releases. We agree the sessions and review responsibilities before production begins.

Will it sound like something I would actually say?

We start with your experience, views and approved source material. You review the writing and final output. If you choose synthetic narration, we need your written consent and agreed uses, and the script never invents an experience you did not have.

Can you work with our existing show or recorded interviews?

Yes. We review the format, files, feed and account permissions, then agree what should continue or change. Recorded interviews, filming, guest booking and an archive or hosting move need explicit scope.

How long does a podcast launch take?

We agree a schedule once the direction, source material, recording or voice permissions and reviewers are clear. The first episode sets the production and approval rhythm. If corrections or a platform review move a date, we tell you before it changes.

Is every episode AI narrated?

No. Our own show is AI narrated, in a consented synthetic version of the host's own voice, and that is the sample on this page. You can also record the episodes yourself or build the show around interviews. For a recorded or interview format, your first episode is the sample. In every format a person reviews the script and listens to the episode, and you approve it before release.

What if an episode is not ready for approval?

We hold it back, make the corrections and tell you how the schedule moves. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

What can we measure?

Published episodes, platform listening data, companion-page visits, search visibility and confirmed enquiries. We also ask which answers your sales team uses. Downloads are not completed listens, and a sale may involve several touchpoints. Audience growth, rankings and leads are not guaranteed.

Who owns the work, and what happens if we leave?

Your program states its minimum and notice terms. If you leave, we hand over the paid-for assets, accounts and workflows, and agree hosting and third-party permissions with you.

What should your business be heard for?

Give us your website and industry. A person on our team sends three to five show ideas, then we talk about the ones worth pursuing.
