A business website
From $3,000
Existing brand, copy/editing, responsive build, an editable CMS and basic technical SEO.
For owners who want the team to do the work: agreed pages, working forms and a checked launch, rather than another template to operate.

01 / The offer
A page or a whole site?
Commission a conversion landing page, a business website or a larger business website, built on your existing brand. Commerce and custom applications stay out of the base scope.
- Existing brand, copy/editing, responsive build, an editable CMS and basic technical SEO.
- The same base with more pages, more CMS content and existing integrations; no commerce/custom app.
One team. One build. The site is yours.
Lam leads our website builds, and after the agreed handover the site, its editable assets and its checklist are yours. For how terms, revisions and ownership apply to your purchase, see scope, ownership and billing terms.
Every build is scoped with you before work starts. Consolidated revision rounds are included, and agency errors are corrected without using a round.
Online shops, custom applications and platform migrations are separate scopes.
Hosting, domains, photography and third-party subscriptions are billed by their providers.

02 / Your accountable lead
The person accountable for this work.
Lam builds the systems behind the work, from research to publishing. His background is software for banks and startups.
Lam agrees the pages, the copy responsibility and the launch checks with your named approver, and no build launches without that approval. Our design lead, Louie Valkhof, shapes the visual direction from your existing brand, and Rob connects the pages to search priorities when the build serves them.

04 / Before you decide
Straight answers.
Do you write the content, or do we?
Either works. A landing page comes with its conversion copy, and our business websites include copy and editing on your existing brand. You supply the business facts and a named reviewer for claims, so technical accuracy stays with your subject experts.
Which platform do you build on?
We agree it when we set the scope: where you need to edit pages, which forms or bookings must connect and what already exists. The scope also names the CMS collections and integrations your build includes. Online shops and custom applications are separate scopes.
How long does a build take?
The schedule starts once we have the agreed inputs: brand materials, business facts and access. The size of the site and its integrations set the length, and we agree the dates with you before work starts.
What do you need from us before starting?
The brand you already use, accurate business facts with a named reviewer, and access to the tools the site connects to. We ask only for the access the build needs.
We have an existing site. Do you handle the move?
Yes, as a separate piece of work. Building new pages and moving an existing site are different jobs, so when a redesign or a domain move is involved we agree the split before work starts: URL mapping, redirects and launch checks belong to the migration.
Can we edit the site after launch?
Yes. CMS collections are built to be editable, and the handover includes a walkthrough of what you can change and what stays fixed. Ongoing writing can also be commissioned as a separate content-production scope.
What happens after launch?
The handover names the owner of the site and the accounts, so nothing depends on us staying at the wheel. Upkeep, updates and additional pages are separate, agreed scopes. Hosting and renewals stay with your providers.
What about landing pages for campaigns?
A conversion landing page backs a campaign or an offer: conversion copy on a custom layout, connected to your existing form or booking tool. If your copy and assets already exist in an approved template, adapting it is a smaller, separate job.
Working together
Which page should your buyers land on?
Tell us the pages, the action each one must earn and the integrations it must reach. We confirm the page inventory, the copy responsibility and the launch checks before you commit.
